No Refunds Nor Exchanges Can Be Made With A Free Gift. The only thing that can be made with a Free Gift is a Damage Claim. In order for a Claim to be made on a Damaged Product, the “Product” must be returned to Over the Horizons “OTH” before the Claim can be process. Over the Horizons will cover all shipping charges. Claims must be made with in 24-48hrs after receiving your product by mail. Please allow 3-5 weeks for the claim to be process. After claim has been process, OTH will mail you your new undamaged product (OTH will cover the S&H). Exchanges must be equal to or less in value to the product that was damaged (OTH will cover the S&H).
